Mercury should check the quality of its service providers.
No water in the rooms (we are in the desert) - the air conditioners do not work and are therefore turned off when you arrive in the room
Breakfast very very very null: no muesli - no ham - cheese - no container for jam - honey => for an expensive and continental breakfast it is very disappointing.

We recognize the importance of providing essentials like water, especially in a desert climate, and I apologize that this was not readily available in your room. Additionally, air conditioning should always be functioning upon arrival, and I regret that this was not the case. Comfortable holiday accommodation sited close to the McDonnell Ranges in Alice Springs!
Hotel is well positioned with all facilities.
Warm days are well catered for in the Alice !
