Good cost x benefit
Also on the first day the room had an awful smell of sewage,. After complaining did a maintenance and resolved, however, other relatives staying in other rooms also complain of the bad smell of sewage in the room.
Positive points we can quote the location; streaming apps available on the TV.

Reasonable
When checking in, I was allocated room number 1 next to the reception desk, the door was less than 1 meter away. To get an idea if a person is being attended to, they have to ask permission to enter the room. My room 1, next to the reception and facing the street! I tried to exchange it but the reception didn't pay attention to it.
The room is a good size, but at night it is very bright, the curtain does not remove all the light from the window, light “enters” through the cracks in the door.
The bathroom with mold on the ceiling and water from the shower does not drain.
The pillows are bad, the sheet is smaller than the bed.
The inn is nice, the pool is good.
Employees ok
But the lack of attention regarding my dissatisfaction with the room displeased me…
