Great nights getaway at the Best Western Sherwood Park Inn and Suites!!
We were able to relax in the large Hot tub by ourselves, and definitely enjoyed the very roomy Executive Suite!
The complimentary breakfast in the morning had many choices, both hot and cold ! They had both waffle and pancake machines, and the kitchen staff were very helpful and kept refilling items when needed. The coffee machine with a choice of Lattes, hot chocolate and other types of coffee at the push of a button was much appreciated. We will definitely return again!

1. We faced difficulties is setting wifi. After using room number and last name it was not working. After trying several times over carefully we called reception, they ask us to use All capital, which was not in the instruction. After trying as instructed by the reception it was not working. Then we were asked to call a 1-800 number. After calling we could not reach anybody. Then told the receptionist. Then they gave us a meeting room password and it was working. Now 2 questions; why we have to call 1-800 number? It should be hotel to fix the problem: 2nd- why she did not give the alternate number?
2. I tried to get access the gym room but my access key was not working. When I asked her the problem, she opened the door by her access key. I asked her why my key is not working? She answered the lock has problem. How her card is working?
Our access card were not working around 10am, why?
I stayed in this hotel few times but overall it was not good this time.
