No lift (elevator), you may have to bear with the stairs. The toilet was a squat toilet. I think it is quite common in most local households.

The room was spacious with a private washing machine. There was a small balcony for clothes drying. The cost is the same with some capsules or bunk beds hostel. In here, you can have got your own room.
Good location. 5-minute walk from the metro with shops nearby. There are restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and supermarkets. Many are open for 24 hours. A less touristy area here. You truly see how the locals live. And less foreigners here. Seems I was the only one in the area
However you may have to bear with these:
1. The squat toilet. It seems acceptable in the local lifestyle.
2. No lift (elevator) in the building. You have to walk the stairs.
