Holidays in San Andrés

We are now staying in June 2024 at the hotel, it is located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the center, all the hotel staff is very friendly, always willing to collaborate, we had a problem with the room and they moved us immediate. The breakfast could perhaps be a little better, in the sense of having more things, but you have to understand that it is an island and everything is imported from the mainland. 100% recommended, enjoy your stay

Terrible photos are a complete lie

They have no derogatory personal payment methods, they only have an old dataphone, I wanted to give them a trip to my parents and all they did was put them on hold to finally neither help us Reservation nor let us cancel the reservation by booking. They are so brazen that once you rate them and tell booking what happened there if they call to offer payment alternatives and solutions. Complete disaster.

Terrible.

Terrible, we felt cheated, the room was leaky and flooded with air conditioning water, the sheets are extremely rough and with notes. We had a terrible night, we'll never come back. Photos of the portals are misleading.

Courteous service and good structure, although with a penalized location.

The hotel is very pleasant and has spacious rooms. WIFi works well.
The breakfast is just OK and basic - delivers eggs, bread, juices, good quality coffee. There was no cupcake or sweet.
Distance is a point to be taken into account, as the hotel is about 15 minutes away from the center on foot. Nothing that weighs down once - but in 4 or 5 days, it can be annoying or result in taxi costs (About US$ 7 for each use)
The reception service is very courteous and collaborative.
The air conditioning works very well. The bedroom windows have a strange black film that shields the view.
The pool is beautiful and has delicious sun loungers around it.

Do not go! In Brazil we have better options.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, the room had a strong musty smell, dirty sofas, and a disorganized environment. No accommodation conditions. It should not be included in a 4-star hotel as it does not meet the requirements. We had to look for another hotel with better conditions to stay. However, San Andres as a whole was a very unpleasant experience, with no infrastructure, no sanitation, bad sewage smells in the streets, many abusers who scam you like a pig in a poke. At all the beach stops where you have to pay, everything is adapted and poorly made, in addition to terrible cleaning. I recommend this trip to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
