We were welcomed with a welcome drink and were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room. The staff was very friendly.
The jacussi and 2 saunas in the spa-area were very enjoyable. The smaller heated pool in the spa-area (outdoor pool , not covered at the time) was not clean unfortunately, there were drowned and floating mosquitos and flies there, but that was the only negative thing about our stay.
I would gladly come again.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which really added to our positive experience.
The only downsides for us were that the room felt a bit small, and the large “throw carpet” in our room was a bit grungy. We understand they probably clean them regularly, but it was still something we noticed as it had several bright stains. I am not sure why they have them, because the flooring is nice and they aren’t required.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Brown’s Beach House for a relaxing getaway.
