I had a comfortable stay here. The A/C works well, and the Wi-Fi was sufficient for my needs. They have a pool and a bar (although I’m not sure how often the bar is open). You will have a key to your room, but to gain access to the compound you will need to ring the doorbell each time you come and go. My Spanish is limited, but I knew I had to pay cash upon arrival. I had a bad experience with a prior hotel, so I wanted a receipt showing that I paid cash. I was told that I couldn’t have a receipt (even after pointing to a receipt pad); but rather they gave me an invoice… fortunately I had no problems, so it was all good.

First class service and attention
First class service and attention. Comfortable and very clean rooms. The pool and incredible facilities to enjoy with the family. The restaurant's food was very good in relation to its price. Highly recommended.

Terrible only nice Fotos
Only everything is nice at the pictures but in real its terrible no service , no wifi, no clean rooms no clean bathrooms you can save your money and dont go there ¡ No chairs at the balcony and the guy how was there sits the hole day and plays with his mobile phone and gives no advices ore any service

The most important thing you should know about this place is that THEY HAVE NO IDEA THEY'RE LISTED ON HOTELS.COM Weird, right? That means that if you make a reservation here and then show up, like I did, you will be greeted with blank stares, and you might even be left homeless for the night.
Pros:
Comfortable bed
Clean room
Nice pool
Close to the beach
Cons:
No record of my reservation (I mean, really.)
Room didn't have partial ocean views, as described
Some rooms don't have A/C
Some rooms don't have TVs
The 'hot' tub wasn't hot, and they said it takes 2-3 hours to heat up (God forbid they pre-heat it)
Both the 'bar' and the poolside bar was completely empty - no stock. That could've been a really nice touch, but instead looked really bad being completely empty.
The wifi password was confusing and could've easily given to us on a piece of paper to avoid confusion
They're at the end of very long walk down the beach, though I suppose this could be either a pro or a con, depending on your perspective.
Conclusion: This has the potentially to be a really nice hotel if they got their act together, but as it stands now, it's severely lacking and I highly doubt I'll be back (and I do come back, I'll be calling them directly).

Ideal para descansar
Pasamos unos lindos dias en familia. Puntos clave:
Habitaciones muy limpias y de tamaño aceptable , hay cable, Aire acondicionado y agua caliente.
El area de piscina y juegos es excelente, muy linda y en nuestro caso jugamos billa, ping pong, dardos, cartas. Nos divertimos y no hubo cargo adicional por el uso.
El wifi es lo único malo a mi criterio, ya que no hay servicio la mayor parte del tiempo.
Tiene parqueadero privado. Es muy seguro si van en auto.
Hay un servicio de restaurante pero solo bajo pedido. Nosotros desayunamos alli todos los dias. Es economico y rico (US$5 por persona) es mucho mejor y mas limpio que los desayunos de la zona que habiamos probado en viajes anteriores. Recomiendo el desayuno ya que las otras comidas no las probamos.
Realmente se descansa en este lugar. El administrador, Don Nexar, es una persona muy amable y servicial. Nosotros salimos muy contentos y sobre todo relajados.
La vista de las habitaciones que nos han tocado son hermosas ya que se ve el mar. Hemos estado en 2 ocasiones en este hotel.
Recomendado!.
