Wonderful food
Staff nya super duper friendly, terutama mbak Yuli
Manager restaurant nya, Mr. Tarmudi merupakan definisi nyata dari padi itu makin berisi makin merunduk.
We really had a good time here.
Will definitely be back.

The staff are amazing - Jodi etc are the best. The Pizzeria is perfect this is my favourite hotel so please stay here
Jodi and his friends have been fantastic
The gardens are beautiful
The food is amazing
I stayed here for a few weeks and it’s my favourite hotel in the world

a stay to remember
special thanks to mr hernandi and mr ariz for preparing a complimentary birthday cake for my son. hes having a blast celebrating his 9th birthday.
we went to nan xiang restaurant to have a birthday dinner. great foods great service. thank u the sultan hotel!

Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible.
Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.
