Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival. A 2% surcharge will be added to ALL bookings paid by debit/credit card. In case your card is not valid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your booking. For bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to confirm booking + a cleaning fee of $10/ pers will be added. For group of 4 or more guests, you can contact us first to confirm the allocation of the rooms which fit together before making reservation. A full nonrefundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival.
