Scepters at the entrance to the theatre
Otherwise... attention, facilities, room, buffet, breakfast, location, price,... all from 10.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Le agradecemos mucho su excelente valoración y sus amables palabras sobre la atención de nuestro equipo, las instalaciones, la habitación y nuestra oferta gastronómica. Nos alegra saber que su experiencia general en el hotel ha sido tan positiva y que nos recomendaría sin dudarlo.
Tomamos nota de su observación sobre la decoración floral en la entrada del salón de actos. Sentimos que el estilo de los centros no haya sido de su agrado y agradecemos su sinceridad, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando. Right hotel, needs updating.
The front desk staff is not very friendly either.
The right price, considering it is in the outskirts of Madrid. In the unthinkable center something similar.
Would I repeat?? Well, most likely not.

Queremos informarte que actualmente estamos renovando las habitaciones del hotel para ofrecer un mayor confort a nuestros huéspedes. A partir de principios de abril, contaremos con espacios completamente renovados, con mobiliario actualizado y mejoras en el descanso para garantizar una experiencia más satisfactoria.
También revisaremos los aspectos mencionados sobre el servicio de recepción, ya que nuestro objetivo es siempre brindar una atención amable y profesional.

They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed.
The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The fitness room is currently closed for refurbishment until further notice. Please note that use of the kitchen in rooms carries a EUR 30 surcharge per stay, to be paid upon arrival. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional charges might apply. Regarding the "fitness room" gym, it does not exist as such in the hotel, we have a signed agreement with the gym in the shopping center (2 minutes walk). The use has a cost for clients determined by the number of days contracted at the hotel Reception. The hotel has all common areas, lounges and restaurant areas adapted for people with reduced mobility, but not 100% of our rooms. Please, if this is your case, contact the hotel before your arrival to assign you a room adapted to your needs.
