THIS PENTHOUSE IS A RUIN

Well we will start at the beginning just making the Reservation a week tells us that please if we can cancel that there has been a mistake and it was not rented one night we searched in case we found other accommodation but everything was much more expensive so we told him if we could reach any agreement and he told us that paying 40€ more we could stay so we paid it because we were two families with two children each and the children were excited about going to magic island and staying there. Already when we went in and saw how the terrace was we realized that it was not what we saw in photos in Booking because the terrace was sorry broken armchairs, the lawn everything raised in a lamp was inside a lot of water with dirty clothes and trash but since we just wanted to rest we didn't give it much importance and we talked to her and we said that the apartment was going to use it only to rest and what was our surprise that when we arrived at about 12:30 we started to assemble armchairs beds and one we mounted it but it did not stay fixed it moved with the wheels, it was broken, the other sofa we could not assemble it because it was all broken below in the room dnd were the beds there was one that could be taken out but we saw that it did not come out because it was broken from the side did not slide well we did not want to force it not fully split, in the end we practically slept on top of each other. We wrote to the owner during the same night and explained what happened that everything was broken and we felt cheated because in the ad it said for 8 people and we could not sleep even 4 well. I don’t know how Booking allows these people to deceive people and worst of all it doesn’t give us back the bail money that was €50 and on top of that Booking tells us that she asks for another €50 we are a little embarrassed, if someone sees this comment and can explain what legal measures I can exercise against this individual and Booking , who also has his responsibility, because we will ask for the money back, thank you and my advice is that you do not deal with this individual nor is it serious or Pro, has everything broken and then blames you for the damages to keep the bail. I have proof of all this.

Without any seriousness

We wanted to go to see the Seville Fair. We made the reservation 1 month in advance, they charged us the corresponding amount and the establishment canceled our reservation 4 days before. So, for the face. Because they wanted to charge more. They have no shame.
