worst experience till now, need to improve a lot.
#Good part:
1. It's located at the middle of the city, best location.
2. Reception is good, i met with only one guy there, Mr. Dilsan who was very friendly and welcoming character with big smile.
3. Have their own restaurant with room services which is very fast.
#Horrible Experience:
1. They allocated to me Room No: 24 (2nd floor). I opened the door but the room was completely messed up. I went back to reception immediately and mentioned it. They told me , it was a misunderstanding with housekeeping so they gave me another room.23 (2nd floor).
2. I got extra bed there even i was single but it didn't bother me that much. But there were not any towels and drinking water in my room which made me more upset.
3. Safe-box was out order and the door lock also not working properly.You have to push or pull the door hardly to lock it. Make sure that your door is locked before you leave the room.
4. Wifi Facilities is just for name only, most of the time it's not working, if it works also then it's very very slow.
At last, i will like to thank this team for everything and i hope other guest will not experience this kind of horrible experience.
