The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best.

Excellent food and service

Booked in for a Christmas/Sunday roast.
Very welcoming - the young fella who is the meeter, greeter & seater was so welcoming and polite.
I had Roast Turkey and Ham..... 1st class service and quality. Such a great meal. Guinness... Perfect.... Coffee + biscuits and a mince pie....perfect Apple crumble and ice cream.... Perfect.
Warm, comfortable environment.
Easily exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return.

Pleasure to stay.

Had the pleasure of another stay at the Westville Hotel, it was a joy from start to finish. When we were booking in Robert at reception told us we have booked you into the best room in the hotel and he was not joking the room was brilliant. When we went down for meal I had chicken wings for starters and I can honestly say they were the testiest chicken wings I ever tasted and the dip served along with them made them taste even better. Our breakfast was very good as well with everything you wanted. The best thing about the Westville is the staff they are the most friendly people you would want to meet. The Westville Hotel has a 4 star rating but I would give it a5 star rating and can not wait till the next time we stay in The Westville

Staff are awesome

I stay in the westville all year around, I bring all of my customers here. Never a bad experience. Some small things need an update, but overall it doesn't retract from the stay. The greatest thing about the Westville is the staff. Kelly in operations runs a great ship, Jackie in the morning at breakfast is a joy to come down to. This is one of the only hotels i stay in (I stay in a lot) where you still get a freshly cooked breakfast, which is always top notch and a great way to start the day. I cant not recommend the hotel for all of the above reasons.

Lovely food and very clean

I was invited to this hotel for a family gathering. We had a lovely lunch. There was so much food, very well presented and tasted beautiful.
I had a big pot of lovely coffee which was lovely and warm.
The egg sandwich and chips were so nice.
I did use the bath whilst there and it was spotless. The is something that is often overlooked.
We definitely will be back.
