at recently. Everything was very clean. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, and great customer service.

Good, but wish room requests could be honored.
Unfortunately I asked for a highest floor room and am now listening on the third floor of my room to what sounds like elephant training above me. Which is exactly why I asked for a highest floor room floor room. I stay at holiday inn brand hotels all the time, and make no requests except for this one for this very reason. At 5am this morning it was fun to listen to the people above me as well.
I understand that sometimes a hotel is sold out and room requests can’t be accommodated. But this hotel is not sold out. The parking lot is only half full and it doesn’t seem that busy, but I might be wrong. I don’t know. Some people are sensitive to this, some aren’t. It might not bother or affect another’s review of this hotel. But it was all I asked, and it is 99% able to be done by this chain when I travel, so I’m disappointed.
