The staff was amazing and always so helpful! The area was a bit loud with there being main roads on either side of the hotel. It wasn’t bad in the rooms, but could be noisy at the pool. It’s a bit more run down on the outside than we expected but the rooms were updated and clean. Good location to downtown but still a pretty long walk to get there. I’d say you def need a car or Uber if you’re staying there. Would have been nice to have some music at the pool and towels for guests available (you had to call to request them).

-The shower and tub has an issue. Tub was clogged, shower didn't have a good flow.
-Coffee maker is broken
-Our room was near the road you can hear the cars passing.

Staff was incredible, very attentive. Property a little tired. Plumbing problems caused noise throughout night in the walls. Asked for a quiet room but not very quiet.

The front desk agents were very nice and you could tell the people who work there do their best taking care of the property, but the bathroom was super dirty. There was pubic hair and regular hair on the floor and in the tub. A lot of grime, dirt, and residue build up on the inside shower curtain. The beds are not connected to the headboards, the headboard is drilled into the wall. The 2 double bed rooms are supposed to fit 4 and my daughter and I barely fit in the bed together and we are not very big people nor are we tall. They remind me of large XL twin college beds. It was convenient because of the location, 10 minutes from the Tram and one of the Palm Spring strips, but despite the pleasantries, I would never stay there again because of the cleanliness & how other guests made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in common areas. My daughter said the hotel reminded her of a motel and this was a trip for her birthday, so that was a little disheartening. She still enjoyed her stay and had a great time but we were ready to go home by day 2.

Floor was dirty because socks had blonde hair on the, I have a buzz cut and white/brown hair. Found two contacts stuck on the side of shower wall and when wiping up the floor after a shower, towel was black from the dirt.
