Excellent stay

Super friendly front desk (as I had to extend my stay, due to a family members hospital stay...the hotel was super accommodating).
Within walking distance is a Wendy's, and a Walmart. Across the street is an Applebees. Several other (highly rated) food establishments are also close, as is tops grocery store.
I stayed on the back side.of the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised with my queen suite, and more importantly, how quiet it was.
Hot water, cold ac, nice kitchenette...just a nice clean, quiet set up.
Basic breakfast was available, and the local newspapers were available to take at the desk.
If you're really wanting a fuller breakfast, head.over to Beemans. For me, a waffle was sufficient :-)
Kudos to the staff! Excellent stay!

Nightmare is all I can say

This was the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in. The room as dirty to wear I wore my shoes the whole time in was in the room. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, the walls were stained, and chipping. I had book a room for 2 nights but left after one. I fell on an uneven part of the sidewalk and when I went in to tell the staff the lady couldn’t understand English well enough to know what I was saying. Although I was injured I gave up trying to explain it to her, I guess I’ll just be stuck paying a hospital bill for the neglect of the property. Then that same morning the smoke detectors kept going off randomly. I felt extremely unsafe staying there a second night. I checked out early but still paid for both nights, plus had to pay to stay somewhere else. If you’re in the Sayre visiting spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Quiet location and comfortable bed. Several restaurants close by. Hotel sign not lit up, entrance to parking hard to find. Parking lot not lit up and very dark. Cleanliness was subpar. Sheets had large yellow stains. Pillow cases also had yellow stains and were not even white. Mirror was so smudged that one could barely see in it.

Like the hotel. Room was a little used. And they offer breakfast but there was hardly anything there. Also, some of the channels were missing on the tv.

We paid extra for upgrade , they provide a room without clean ,someone just slept with long hair on the bed , and bathroom hasn’t been cleaned too . We have to tell them to change it .
