Three incredible days

Very good service, as well as breakfast. Swimming pool was a plus for our children, always clean and available. We stayed in the chalet; rustic. Simple, with emphasis on the bed: large and comfortable. Great beach for children, no waves, wide sand space, kayak and stand up rentals next to the inn, lots of restaurant options, live music and companies to visit.

The most terrible experience of my life

I never imagined staying in a hotel so bad, and dirty. several Pro blemas soon in the face, discharge of box coupled shooting. room full of jam and TV that didn't work. we changed room and there was no insecticide, so I had to run to the market and buy one. I went back and applied poison in the room from top to bottom. Qdo I went back to the room had not killed only the jam, the floor was infested with dead cockroaches.
Too precarious breakfast. Dirt everywhere.

Little comfort for the price charged

The room is very small and rustic, the bathroom is very simple, as is the breakfast.
Owner is very courteous and makes himself available.
We found the amount charged to be very expensive for what the inn offers, as it has little comfort. In the photos it looked better.

Unfortunate!! Don't fall for it! Scammers!!!

We suffered a blow! The experience at this inn ruined the end of my vacation with my husband! The place is unhealthy! It's absurd to claim 4 stars. We paid an expensive daily rate (R$ 1,185, it would be 3 nights) to stay in a rubbish place on the first weekend of the year. Extreme lack of respect! We arrived at the inn and the suite for which we paid 100% in advance without refund (hence the bad faith) was not available for “hydraulic reasons”. The situation would be resolved the following day, the very “solicitous” manager told us that the problem would be resolved within 12 hours…but it didn’t take long to realize that it was a lie, as the suite was being used. They put us in a “top standard” room, which in reality is a pigsty! Extremely absurd! The hydraulic problem is part of the inn, the flushing is regrettable. Plastic ceiling, stuck door, they claim balconies in all the rooms (what a joke). The room was barely big enough for suitcases: it was horrible. Mold, sewage backflow, etc. the next day the person in charge was not there, there was no way we could stay elsewhere (the island was full). Conclusion: we left, as we were unable to stay there. The breakfast was suspicious and had cold cuts. Zero whimsy and hygiene. Anyway, finally, after we left, on the same day they canceled our reservation on booking and claimed “no show” (what do you mean??!) which prevents us from complaining on their booking page, but it didn't stop us from registering our indignation there. Unfortunately we lost our money, more than that we lost a moment that could have been pleasant. We do not want others to be deceived as we were. Everyone has the right to know that this place they call “inn” shouldn't even be in operation - it urgently needs health intervention!
Ah, as the manager/owner, I don't know, is very “nice”, to compensate for the lack of availability of the room we paid for, we were offered a dinner with sparkling wine (Kid you have the courage to eat there?!), in the end there wasn't even time to use this “super perk”. 1 night there was enough for us to want to run away from that place the next day. Finally, we had the chance to see the suite that we had reserved with the guest checkout (“hydraulic problem”, I mean, ugh!!), shameful by the way, and it made us certain that there was no longer any reason for us to stay there. . Scammers!!!!
PS: the beach is unsuitable for swimming and a sewage stream runs next to the inn….

Poor service

It urgently needs structural reform. The point that most bothered us about our accommodation was the lack of service, when things got crazy they would close the doors and stop serving even guests, we found this attitude to be out of line with normal accommodation. The amount we paid for New Year's Eve was absurdly expensive for what they offered.
