Все были очень сговорчивы

Отель очень центральный / в нескольких минутах ходьбы от множества магазинов

РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕ
Самое плохое: Нет места для размещения одежды, багажа и т.д. . Очень узкие кровати, бесполезный балкон, внешний вид на некоторые другие задние здания, слишком мало места за цену, Доступен был только один телевизионный новостной канал на английском языке,
Мы больше не приедем, и я не рекомендую этого.

Я даже не пью алкоголь, и тем не менее отель не заинтересован в предъявлении доказательств или проверке камер, чтобы узнать, кто на самом деле взял бутылку из моего номера.
очень ужасно. не бронируйте здесь, если вы не хотите, чтобы этот отель украл ваши деньги.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for choosing our Speronari Suites.
I appreciate you took your time to share your feedback. I am dismayed about your review since one of our diamond tips is the customer care and obviously every peculiarity regarding our Guests during the stay.
Since the Hotel has twenty-two rooms, we’re careful to the cleanliness and conditions in which the room is poured. The room is controlled before check-in, after check-out date and twice a day during the stay: the room’s make up and the inspection Each room’s angle is monitored, especially the minibar and outside: where you were able to find the missing bottle of Red Wine “Tignanello”.
I sincerely prefer to divert the accusation, the tone and words you used to expose our facility and especially our staff and housekeepers.
Nevertheless I am very sorry for the impression and experience you had in our Speronari Suites.
