An all-female hotel

The courtesy of the girls, smile and availability always present! All clean and well cared for you see that ‘c is the hand’ of women! The rooms
They are clean and very nice and bright! SPA at the height of
Expectations with emotional showers, sauna, Turkish bath , herbal tea area and snacks .. present and also heated outdoor hot tub very capacious. On this Valentine's weekend in the SPA there was also the sauna master for the aufguss... kind and competent .Good food , Buffet breakfast .. with homemade cakes and cakes .
The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in cold cuts and bread! It should be replenished! Also for breakfast, you should add a bar service as well as self-service use of the automatic machine for hot drinks! As for the SPA, since access is allowed only and exclusively naked, children under the age of 16 should be prohibited. And we believe that this is a task, since it is present on the spot, of the sauna master as well as to enforce, to uneducated people, silence throughout the relaxation area... This thing should not be explained to people but, if it is called relaxation area, there will be a reason! Yesterday, unfortunately, we were forced to leave the SPA because we felt like we were in the square during a village festival. And it's a shame given the care you put into running this beautiful hotel. If we think that in two days of relaxation one was forced to throw it away by locking himself in his room to relax, because of the rudeness of the people, it makes us a little angry because it is a service we paid for! The Wi-Fi connection is unfortunately not the best: in the room it takes little and bad .. a little more in the lobby. The telephone network: if you have Iliad or Wind you will be completely isolated! It is true that you will disconnect from the daily routine but ... if you have special personal needs (as in our case) it is a problem!!

Valentine's Day

A dream weekend, where the welcome is at the top, the SMILES are never lacking and warm the , the details, which make the difference, the kitchen is a treat and dizzying... the SPA offers a sensational path, which leaves you breathless (in a good way) and a round of oils, fantastic ..
Breakfasts where you find everything and more ..
A family that exudes warmth, friendship, affection, you can not find it anywhere, only at the hotel Aurai...

Weekend of relaxation

Beautiful structure and super welcoming staff. We stayed at the hotel aurai for a weekend as a couple, and everything was perfect: from the spa, to dinner, to the new and spotless rooms at breakfast. The family-run staff is attentive to every detail. Highly recommended.

Fairytale location among mountain houses immersed in the green of the valley.

Structure of new constitution with enhancement of the wood of nature in a modern key. An all-female family that makes you feel at home. Pampered and spoiled between spa and a traditional cuisine dizzying. Always attentive services with kindness and friendliness. Cozy rooms, modern but with local identity.

Holiday

Beautyfull place. Nice modern building mixed with a lot of warm wood. Very clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Open Italian atmosphere. Very good italian food. Perfect place to relax en enjoy the nature.
