Отличная неделя на вилле Манди
Персонал был настолько доброжелательным и полезным (особое упоминание для Льен, который был таким прекрасным) Еда была отличной, большой выбор. Отель находится в хорошем месте, если вы хотите выбраться и около. Мы просто хотели холодную неделю, так что не рискнули много.
Мы обязательно вернемся.

We are so happy to hear that we helped made your 30th birthday celebration feel special and unique. We always try to complete the requests that we receive from our guests as long as it is within our hand to fullfil, we are glad to read that you appreciate the gesture.

Душ, как правило, заполняет
С водой и затопленным полом

Завтрак : блины свежие ✅
Фасоль, гашиш коричневый популярный, но всегда недостаточно теплый
Соковыжималки ненадежны
Пополнить чайные пакетики не очень
Обед
Опять еда только теплый выбор не очень
Ужин
Опять же еда только просто теплая, которой через несколько дней у нас было достаточно не большой выбор мяса
Много рыбы, если тебе нравится.
Салат, но без холодного мяса
Не хватает персонала
В ожидании выпивки
Общая цена мы заплатили за 7 дней в это время года и было много, и еда не была хорошей вообще
Нашли мороженое только на полнедели
Никаких знаков на некоторых продуктах.
У дороги машины едут очень быстро
Комплекс очень чистый

We are very sorry you did not enjoy the options for our buffet. Food is always very personal , but we always try to give enough options to satisfy everyone and our staff is continuously refilling the food.
Normally,;due to the high occupancy on Christmas season we are in, it might take some time to service everyone at the bar or reception when lines can get formed. We try to give everyone the attention they deserve, but normally, one might have to wait up to five minutes before being assisted. We try to be fast and efficient, but we try to avoid making our guests feel rushed or saying they were not paid enough attention and care.
We hope next time you decide to come to Tenerife you give us a second chance!
