One of the newest hotels in Taipei
With a cost of 6 billion, after 10 years, Taipei Hanai Hotel officially operated. With an edge-free pool, a high-quality buffet, a new high-quality five-star business hotel, if you have a credit card, the Reservation is $3,300 early!
Think five o'clock fast reading:
1. The overall texture is much better than imagined
2. The service is very detailed and cleaned very accurately
3. Very close to the express station, there are shopping malls nearby in the future, it is worth looking forward to
4. Three warm quality excellent, should not be missed when staying
5. No edge swimming pool is beautiful, especially in the early night light, when the pool surface maps the surrounding building light
/Check-in/
1. Walking is less friendly, there is no clear hallway signage for the exit entrance
2. Upon arrival at the gate, the reception staff will pick up the baggage.
3. The staff in front of the counter will actively assist, the proactive communication counter makes the check-in process faster
Standard Double Room (Minimum Room Type)
1. Room view is great, close view of the city, view of the mountains
2. The bed is hard Q, milk pillow is a bit high
3. The whole room color is elegant and comfortable
3. Little Rhino play music is convenient, the sound quality is still good
4. The space is not large, but the space is well arranged, there is no impulse
5. Bathroom and room with glass separated to maintain a permeability
6. The height of the cosmetic mirror is strange, a little bit higher girl to half stumble

Great stay at Taipei
Staying at Grand Hilai Taipei for the convention I attended was a great experience. The room has big space, good connectivity wifi, modern facilities... music box and this box also can control the lights, make call, and even you can chat with AI... The bed is best...!! Very comfortable... The breakfast is super... lot of variety of vegetables and fruits and other foods.. Really recommended...

It's a beautiful and new hotel. Around there is not much but construction. It's around 20 min from the city by taxi. The staff was really nice and friendly, room layout good. The Japanese breakfast for the room service was also good.

Unacceptable Hazards & Disrespectful Service!
During my FIRST stay at your hotel, I discovered a SHARD OF BROKEN GLASS nearly half the size of my palm on the bed! To make matters worse, my friend's pillowcase was STAINED with visible dirt! Initially, to avoid ruining our stay, we didn't push for a serious resolution - your staff merely replaced the bedding as if it were a minor issue.
Later, your team emailed offering "compensation", which turned out to be nothing but cheap souvenirs. This is INSULTING to any guest who endured such DANGEROUS conditions! What's worse? After expressing my dissatisfaction, YOU GHOSTED ME COMPLETELY - no further apologies, no real solutions.
This is absolutely appalling for any establishment claiming to value guest safety. I demand proper accountability, NOT token gestures. Never again will I or anyone I know set foot in this disgrace of a hotel!
第一次入住就踩雷！床上有手掌大的碎玻璃！枕套骯髒！敷衍處理後徹底失聯！
你們酒店簡直離譜至極！第一次入住竟然在床單下發現將近半個手掌大的尖銳碎玻璃！！我朋友的枕套還明顯有污漬和髒汙！！為了不破壞心情，我們一開始忍著怒火沒有追究，結果你們只是輕飄飄「換了床單」就想打發？
事後發郵件假惺惺說要補償，結果所謂「誠意」就是廉價破紀念品？這是打發乞丐嗎？！更噁心的是，當我明確表達不滿後，你們直接裝死消失！再也不回覆、不道歉、不解決！
把客人生命安全當兒戲（玻璃碎片能致命！），衛生管理形同虛設，事後態度傲慢無恥！這種酒店不倒閉天理難容！所有人避雷！

The room is big and clean, good to have sauna, steam and spa next to health centre.
