Отдых в Унье
Хороший отель для тихого, семейного отдыха. Пляж чистый, вода прозрачная. В номере есть гладильная доска с утюгом, кофе, чай, холодильник. На балконе стол и стулья для отдыха. По всей территории wi-fi, собственная бесплатная парковка.стоимость одной ночи для 2х взрослых и одного ребёнка 5000 турецких лир. Принимают к оплате долларыи евро по очень выгодному курсу.

Pleasant service received
What a wonderful stay. We did not have any problem receiving at the door. The lady at the front desk was very attentive.The rooms were very clean and comfortable.The balcony was amazing.Thank you very much to the hotel management and the manager.

Quality of service decreasing over time
Hello,
My wife and mom booked your hotel for a 1-night stay. We use your hotel as a stopover on our trips from Rize to Ankara. We had used your reduced mobility room for another night at your hotel in Zira 2021. Our wish was to stay in the reduced mobility room because our mother had obstructive problems. They indicated that the reduced mobility room is unused, but they may offer another room for three. We agreed, too. Our satisfaction at that time made us choose your hotel again. We arrived at your hotel, I pulled our wheelchair out of the trunk in front of the door, my wife dropped our suitcases in the vehicle. We put our mother in the chair. My wife tried to enter the hotel with our wheelchair mom, but she couldn’t cross this because of your inaccessible ramp. I left the suitcases and dropped our mom in and out again to pick up the bags. In the meantime, the two servants at the front desk welcomed us(!) So I cried out that we weren’t welcomed with anger, asking why a valet or bellboyon weren’t sent during all this luggage drop-down. I was very bored. They were completely uninterested in what was happening in front of them. We were checked in and taken to room 232. The bellboy who took us to the room left our bags and left the room without telling anything. The room was very cold and I wanted to heat it up with air conditioning. The fancoil system didn’t work in any way. I asked for support, the same bellboy came back and said there was a split air conditioning in the room and we’d be heating it in 10 minutes. But it took just 2-2,5 hours for the room to reach its comfort level. The room window door was slightly open because the lock was defective, so we pulled the curtains over the window to prevent the cold from entering. The reading lights were not working in the room. We hoped the bathroom would be dry with a wheelchair but were able to enter. While the chalet cover was clean, some stains felt dirty. The bathroom shower area looked just as dirty. There was something outdated. I didn’t feel necessary to take a shower because I couldn’t trust them. The lavabo point didn’t draw the water right. Here’s what I can say about the room. When we landed in the breakfast room, it was freezing. We alerted the staff and activated the heating system. Very uncomfortable. The cooked eggs we got at breakfast were dark green because they were either cooked from the day before or too cooked. We didn’t. There was a Paçanga beetle, and it’s likely a beetle from an organization at the hotel the night before. It didn’t look fresh in the morning. We left the hotel sharing these complaints with Hotel Manager Zafer Aslantürk. It was absolutely not a pleasant experience for us. Zira was very pleased with your hotel in 2021 and recommended it to all of our friends. I hope you will continue to be our first pleasure as soon as we remove these and similar inconveniences.

Ramada Unit
The hotel is on the shore on the boat.The food was delicious, the ambiance of the pool lounge was fantastic.You can also take in the sea at the bottom.The hotel serves breakfast in the bedroom.The property is spacious.Accessible access.

The hotel is quite nice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Furkan, who is at the reception, knows his job and it is obvious that he loves it. I would like to thank the entire Ramada Ünye team, especially Mr. Furkan.
