удивительно удобные кровати!
во многих отношениях это старое выглядящий отель, хотя в общих комнатах было очень много работы, предпринятая, номера были обставлены старомодной мебелью и мебелью вида, дизайн был немного устаревшим. В душе были недавние обновления, но вытяжной вентилятор в нашем номере был плохой и не работал хорошо. Нет никакого кондиционера в номерах ни одного настолько удачного, что мы посетили в июле, поэтому, шел дождь. То, что делает этот отель очень хорош, как соединено к средним по цене, это удивительно удобные кровати! у нас было 5 номеров между нами, и все жаловались на кровати. Лучше, чем модных и это первый раз, когда я когда-либо говорил. Также у нас было отличное обслуживание от всего персонала и один из лучших самообслуживания все Английские завтраки на следующее утро.

Ухоженный отель.
Очень рекомендую как удобная остановка выключить только сочетанием 12 из автострады M 4 (и очень близко к единственной IKEA хранят во всей округе! ).Номера просторные, чистые, хорошо оборудованный, с удобными кроватями и подушками. Завтрак обильный, с приятными деталями как мед от сот и хорошие доступные круассаны.Каждый член персонала оказался приятным, услужливый и, прежде всего эффективным - признак действительно хорошего менеджмента. Цены очень разумные.Мы взяли два номера для нас четверых плюс начиная девятимесячный ребенок - контакт с в частности, все были в много усилий.В общем, у всех нас был отличный опыт с этим отелем, может быть несколько к нашему удивлению. Я надеюсь, что он ведет себя так, как противовес к некоторым недавним негативным должностям на этом сайте.

Мы забронировали, чтобы остановиться в этом отеле 2 ночи, так как наш младший сын вышла замуж в судах Uffton. Персонал отеля был очень хорошим, но наш старший сын - инвалид-колясочник, и это действительно не был подходящим для него.Мы забронировали номер повышенной комфортности, но они не отличались от других стандартных номеров в других отелях. В номере, который позвонили отключенным, что в комнате было очень мало пространства для разворота за его в инвалидном кресле.Нам сказали, что мы должны были использовать вход в пожарную станцию по лестнице, так как в отеле был очень старомодный Stena stairlift, и он не подходит для полностью занятой человека в инвалидном кресле, у Нас не было проблем с использованием этого, когда мы бронировали изначально, но подумали, что это будет в хорошем состоянии.Мы были очень озабочены рампой, который был занят, чтобы позволить моему сыну ездить в заднюю часть отеля. Это была просто часть оргалита, и к следующему утру я думаю, что машина, должно быть, пришел его и он был сломан. Вход, который мы использовали, был в плохом состоянии ремонта, и даже не убирал.Каждый раз, когда мы вышли, нам пришлось позвонить на стойку регистрации, чтобы они могли перенастроить тревогу. As you have mentioned we do have a Stannah stairlift that is used to help wheelchair users get down or up the stairs, I can only apologise that this wasn’t suitable for your eldest son. If using the stairlift access is very easily gained via the front of the hotel. The ramp has been used for a while and has been maintained by our maintenance team, however after your comments we’re looking into something that would provide more comfort for guests having to use it. The need to call reception is so that we can make sure all fire escapes are alarms as protection for our guests.
We hope that you and your family had a lovely wedding day for your youngest son, and we’d like to wish him and his partner all the best in the future. We do hope you’ll come and stay with us again when your next in this area.

Единственной женской деловой ситуации туристов нужно поработать
+ve - Чистый, хотя старый и поблекший '80 с французский номер. Достойный ресепшен по работе и бесплатный WiFi в день 1 (см. - я в течение дня 2)Кровати очень мягкие, но удобный.Хорошая еда.- Я - дали номер на первом этаже, который находится вниз по нескольким ступенькам (лифта нет) в конце коридора с окном, которое открывается на парковку, которая в свою очередь прямая на двойной carriange путь. Регистрация, не готовы поменять номер, и не, подготовилась помочь с багажом. У меня есть инвалидность, что означает, что я не могу подниматься легко. (извинения всем, кто слышал багаж, барабанящий в ступеньки).Очень жаркая погода так же пришлось открыть окно, так как нет кондиционера - без ограничения на то, как далеко открывались окна. Пока намеченные жалюзи предусматриваются, они не предлагают полного уединения, и единственный способ получить его состоит в том, чтобы сделать тяжелые занавески. Не заставляет незамужнюю женщину чувствовать себя в безопасности!Вторая ночь - позвонила, ресепшен, чтобы попросить код Wi-Fi была нам сказали, что это было по белой проверять - на карте, которую мне дали, когда я зарегистрировался и положенный телефон. Учитывая я потерял карту, я решил использовать свои мобильные данные!Не жил одну ночь.Так что проверьте, что вы теряете свою белую карту и можете гарантировать, что у вас не было комнаты на нижнем этаже.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback after your recent stay with us. I’m sorry to hear of the disappointing stay you had. Staff are more than happy to help with carrying luggage for our guests, so I’m disappointed to hear that you’ve said that this help wasn’t offered.
The weather recently has been unseasonably warm, and to try and help combat this we provide fans to our guests on requests. We will need to investigate your comments about the blinds, as when installed they offered complete privacy.
Our reception team on check in give you the room card and the white card you’ve mentioned. They would have informed you about this at time of check in, and told you that it is needed if you wished to charge items to your room. You would have used this card when you used the wifi on your first day. I will speak with the head receptionist in regards to your comment about your phone call to reception, we do get guest requests for the wifi code and this is passed on over the phone.
Overall, I can see that this wasn’t an enjoyable stay for you, I do wish that this was something that could have been rectified while you were in the hotel rather than finding out of your disappointment via TripAdvisor. We would love for you to come back and give us a second chance, just so we can show you how great our hotel and staff are.

Платная в порядок номер бизнес-класса, который не отличался от уровня, за исключением нескольких сладостей в номере, конечно, не woeth tbe за дополнительную плату. Кровать была очень неудобной и чувство уменьшения. Громкая музыка до Полуночи в пятницу и 11 вечера в субботу, персонал был приятным, но было бы хорошим после просмотра зная Поздние ночные развлечения, так как мы были поддержаны на главную приемную. К сожалению, я не думаю, что вернусь.
