Birthday Shimmering Shore Spa Day package
If we could 6 out of 5 we would !
The people at main reception and spa reception were welcoming and helpful.
The staff at the spa ( Katie, Sally and Freya) and restaurant ( Aisling and Rob) were exceptional! Aisling’s cocktail knowledge was second to none! They were all welcoming and genuine putting us at our ease.
The spa facilities were beautiful spotlessly clean and tastefully designed.
We would sincerely recommend this spa hotel on this visit and look forward to returning soon.

charge on everything. Paid extra for breakfast to be included only to find £10 pp extra if you wanted a cooked breakfast. I am aware there is a profit to be made, however, it felt as though they were trying to extract as much money as possible.Overall impression, this hotel was poorly managed not enough cleaning staff etc. Plus point great location.
